Programmes
Our programmes feature the content-sharing sessions (latest research, thought-leadership and applied theory); small- and large-group discussions; case studies; individual and group assessment reports; invited subject-matter experts; specialist panels; study visits to companies and organisations.
Peer group learning
We recognise that conventional programmes and workshops are not always right for everyone. Our Peer Group Learning Experiences are designed for more senior and experienced leaders at the CEO and CHRO levels. Such experiences are intended to provoke and inspire in equal measure – and are by invitation only. Small groups work toegther to develop a warm and mutually supportive atmosphere where real business issues and impending challenges can be discussed, anticipated and ultimately, tackled.

We’re really excited to be asked to get involved with different kinds of projects – all united by the common theme of developing Expert Humans and more humane workplaces. We can act as critical friend to HR professionals and C-suite leaders when it comes to expansive and challenging change initiatives – or we can help you to enable your Learning and Development Team to go from strength to strength.
